Location

The villas are located just outside the village of Sivas in southern Heraklion, Crete, offering stunning views of Psiloritis Mountain and the fertile Mesara Valley. Set on a slope surrounded by olive groves at 150 meters altitude, it enjoys an ideal year-round climate.

The charming village of Sivas is known for its Venetian-style square, traditional taverns, and vibrant Cretan feasts. The villas serve as a perfect starting point for exploring the area, including the famous Matala Beach (6 km), Kommos Beach (5 km), Kalamaki Beach (4 km), and the archaeological sites of Phaistos (3 km) and Agia Triada.
