Four Houses With Private Pools
Set on a quiet hillside, the five Houses offer wide views of Despotiko Island, the Ancient Sanctuary of Apollo, and the Southern Aegean. With no nearby neighbors, guests can enjoy privacy and peace.
At the same time, many choose to spend time together either in the spacious outdoor areas of their homes or at our shared sunset lounge. The views during the day are impressive, but it’s the clear, quiet night sky free from light pollution that guests often remember most.

House One
One of our two newest additions, House One offers generous indoor and outdoor living spaces with impressive views. It features two bedrooms, one on the upper floor with windows on both sides and another on the lower level with its own private patio and a hammock for added comfort.
The house also includes a private pool (added in 2020), along with a large rooftop lounge area, ideal for stargazing and relaxing on oversized cushions.

Located on the eastern edge of the estate, the house sits right above a canyon that guests can explore via a purpose-built path.
Tucked among the dramatic rock formations, there’s a private lookout point—perfect for enjoying the breeze that flows through the canyon on summer mornings, carrying the scent of wild oregano and lavender. It’s also an ideal spot for stargazing or watching the first light of day rise behind the mountains.
The recently added private pool blends seamlessly into the home’s minimalist aesthetic, enhancing the overall experience.
House Two is made up of two fully restored 19th-century buildings, originally used by miners working in the nearby metal mines. The western building includes a master suite and a kitchen with an indoor dining area.
The eastern building has one double and one twin bedroom that share a bathroom.
Between the two, we’ve created a sheltered outdoor dining space and a hammock for added comfort.

A true landmark in Agios Georgios, beyond its iconic presence, it’s also a comfortable and welcoming home for four, perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. Whether it’s an intimate dinner or a larger gathering, the space easily adapts to meals for up to ten people.
The master suite is located at the top of the windmill itself, while a second spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is housed in the adjacent annex.
Connecting the two buildings is a well-equipped kitchen under a shaded pergola, ideal for everything from casual meals to festive dinners always with sweeping views as a backdrop.
In the summer of 2020, a large private swimming pool (14m x 6m) was added, complementing the expansive outdoor areas. It’s perfect for cooling off during the day or floating under the stars at night. And if you feel like hosting, there’s more than enough space for guests to join.

Originally, the house consisted only of a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom the indoor living area was added later. The extra-thick stone walls are not only a beautiful architectural feature but also help keep the interior naturally cool, even on the hottest days.
This may be the smallest home of this delightful collection but it’s a favorite among the many returning guests. While the indoor space is compact, the large front and side verandas offer stunning views of Despotiko and the Southern Aegean.
It’s a perfect retreat for couples, though the built-in couches in the living area have proven surprisingly comfortable, therefore it’s possible to host groups of three or even four here on occasion.
And as of 2023, a new addition: a charming plunge pool, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the view.
