Spanning 86 sqm of elegant interior space and 124 sqm of outdoor area, Imbros Villa III is thoughtfully designed to accommodate families or groups with comfort and style. The open-plan living area includes a cozy sofa, a 50” Smart TV with satellite channels, and large sliding doors that seamlessly connect the indoor space with the outdoor terrace or pool area.

The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation effortless, while the adjacent dining area offers a welcoming space for shared moments. One additional guest can be accommodated on the comfortable living room sofa (1.10 x 2.20m) upon request, ideal for both adults and children (extra charges apply).

The villa features a private swimming pool (12.50 sqm / 3.00m x 4.80m, depth 1.40m), sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower perfect for cooling off while enjoying the mountain views. A gas BBQ and an outdoor dining table are ideal for al fresco meals with family or friends.

Free street parking is also available, ensuring a convenient and hassle-free stay.

Heated Pool Policy

The pool can be heated upon request free of charge from April to June and September to November, maintaining a temperature of approximately 26–27°C (weather-dependent). Please notify us at least 5 days in advance to arrange heating.
